When you place an order here at top10prom.com, your order is routed to your nearest Top 10 Prom store. They will handle it completely, including processing payment, shipping, and any returns. There are a few exceptions due to Vendor policies or availability. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed immediately.

FIND YOUR STORE

 

If you do not have a Top 10 Prom store near you, your order will be processed by a Customer Care Representative at our home office.

 

When your order is forwarded to your Top 10 Prom store:

 

You will be sent another email by top10prom.com letting you know which store the order will be processed by, and that they will be handling your order. The store is then responsible for your order. They will connect with you directly, let you know if the dress is in stock and available, and process the order after that. Selection changes daily and not all dresses are available in all colors or sizes shown. The store will let you know if your dress is available or suggest the best alternatives that may still be. Your credit card will not be charged until the dress availability is confirmed.

 

Remember that during the busy prom season, selection and availability of dresses changes quickly. We cannot guarantee that the dress you order will be in stock and available by your wear date when you place your order.

 

If your order is processed by the home office:

 

A customer care representative will email you within 2 business days if your order is being processed by the home office. Your credit card will not be processed until it is verified that the dress you ordered is available. If not, we will help you find the perfect alternative.

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and PayPal.
Money Orders:

 

We accept Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks.  Just give us a call and one of our Customer Care Representatives will be glad to assist you.

Low Price Guarantee:
Yes, we guarantee our prices are the best in accordance with the designer’s policies.  Many of the designers set Manufacturer Suggested Retail Pricing and we comply with all supplier rules and policies.  If you find a lower regular price from an Authorized Retailer published online we will work with the designer to get you that same price, plus give you a $35 cosmetics gift!

 

We will even do this up to 7 days after you place your order so you can shop with confidence.  Simply email us the URL of the webpage showing the dress and price.  The dress color and size you have ordered must be available from the retailer in-stock and ready for immediate shipment.  This does not apply to counterfeit, clearance, auctions, off-season or special offer prices.

Processing your order:
We work 7 days-a-week.  Even when the phones and chat lines are quiet, we have people working to fulfill orders, locate, pull and box dresses, and provide you with excellent service every day.  With nearly 100 retail store affiliates and warehouses across the country, no one has more dresses available than Top 10 Prom!

 

During peak periods, many dresses sell out even faster than we can display online.  Even styles that show availability may no longer be available in all colors or sizes.  Ordering earlier in the season helps you get the dress you want.
If your order flags one of our filters suggesting review you will be contacted for additional information prior to processing to protect your account.   Shipping or required upgrades due to any delay for order reviews is the responsibility of the Customer.
Your payment is usually authorized immediately or within 2 business days of your order date.  You will be emailed an order confirmation to let you know we have started processing your order, or if it has been forwarded to your nearest Top 10 Prom store.

Business Days are Monday through Friday (non-Holiday).  Please allow 6-8 additional weeks for special orders or customized dresses.

Shipping will be with either USPS or UPS based on best time and costs.

 

International shipping costs will be calculated on distance and customs charges. Currently we only ship internationally to Canada.

  

Returns and Exchanges

 

When you place an order here at top10prom.com, we send your order to your nearest Top 10 Prom store. They will handle it completely, including processing payment, shipping, and any returns in accordance with the local store’s policies. If you purchased your dress through top10prom.com and your Top 10 Prom affiliate store processed your order, you must handle your returns and refunds with them directly. Top10prom.com cannot process any returns for orders that were processed by an affiliate store.

 

If you purchased your dress through top10prom.com and it was handled by top10prom.com, it is not registered at your local store.

 

Top10prom.com happily offer exchanges and returns for shopping credit or in some cases refunds in accordance with our Returns Policy. You are required to acknowledge having read our Returns Policy before placing an order.
If you have received your dress from top10prom.com and need to return it for an exchange or refund, follow these steps carefully to make sure we are able to give you the best possible service. This only applies to orders we have processed directly, NOT to orders processed by the local Top 10 Prom store.

 

  • Returning your dress for credit with Top 10 Prom online:
    • You may return your dress to us and receive credit towards a replacement dress valid for one year. Your credit will be the cost of the dress minus all shipping and handling fees.  You may only use the credit at top10prom.com.
  • Refund/Cancellation:
    • There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns/cancellations for refunds (shipping and handling charges are not refunded). So, your refund will equal the cost of your dress minus 30% and minus all shipping and handling charges.

 

Cancelling an order after it has been processed (card charged and confirmation sent to customer) will qualify for the same refund as a return.

 

You have 3 days starting with the day your dress was delivered to follow these steps. Example: if your dress was delivered on Tuesday, you must have followed the steps and shipped the dress back by Friday (3 days).  All sales are considered final at that time.

 Exchanges:

If you need your dress exchanged for another size, we will send your replacement once your dress has been received by our returns department if a replacement is available.  If the new size is not available, you will receive a credit to apply to a replacement dress in accordance with the returns & refunds policy.  Please note: One exchange is allowed per order.

All regular price current season dresses except for sale/discounted dresses or clearance/closeouts are eligible for refunds less shipping costs within the 3 days from delivery exchange/returns policy.  There is a 30% restocking fee for all returns for refunds (shipping and handling charges are not refunded).  Or, select a Shopping Credit which is issued for the full dress amount (less shipping and handling charges).
