With over 100 stores able to provide feedback, Top 10 Prom Members are in an excellent position to help provide feedback to our Vendors each season. When Vendors are doing things well or can know about problems early it can help them improve their products, their services and their businesses. Some Vendors truly appreciate the feedback, both good and bad and react quickly, some do not. Documenting the information helps Top 10 Prom to better spot and understand trends that could affect us all.
The form below is designed to help organize the feedback and to better record it to help spot trends and issues that affect the entire group. This information is not always available to the Vendors timely, so if you have a problem or issue that requires immediate attention, you must also contact and work with the Vendor directly. Top 10 Prom is not involved in individual store disputes with Vendors.
